Good meeting rooms. Our individual room was very nice with small balcony, overlooking redwood trees, and had a nice couch - very roomy & comfortable.

I booked this hotel based on the advertised room configuration of a king bed plus a pull out couch for my 15 year old son. When we arrived at the hotel we were told that they did not have rooms with this option. We were forced to find another hotel at midnight after a long car ride. We wound up staying in the Marriot residence inn down the road which was a total dive.

My family booked two rooms at the hotel. They were connected, allowing us to stay in touch all the time. The staff was always very attentive and friendly. The location was convenient for our points of interest. I had the opportunity to use the gym, which, although small, had the necessary equipment. We tried the breakfast, and what we ordered was well-prepared.

Location, room, cleanliness. HOWEVER, A/C in entire place was out when we arrived & checked in. We had to attempt to get ready for our party, while sweating like crazy. Couldnt even freshen up! At least A/C was back on at midnight when we returned.

The room was just remodeled and it was very very nice. The front desk workers were very nice and pleasant. The bells man was very nice and helpful. Loved the whole experience. I'll be staying there again.

Staff is very friendly and always smells so fresh when you walk in. The rooms are clean and showers are very nice. I would recommend this hotel, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
